Google‘s cookies are small files stored on a user computer for it could be recognized every time he/she reviews the website. This function enables the site to remember some certain user’s preferences. European Union privacy group is going to discuss whether Google has gone far enough to reduce the amount of time the cookie stays on computer. Although Google has already reduced the time limit, the question “is that enough?” remains. Google is trying to keep personal users’ data as safe as possible and says they are keeping it as long as required by law and is useful for business.
