
Cyber criminals have created a new web page selling iPhones which has only been found a week ago. The information that buyers attach to this page goes straight to the botnet controller and enables him/her to use victim’s credit card. Users don’t even know that somebody is able to capture all the sensitive information and continue using the infected system. Criminals gain control of the system by using Trojans, which navigates buyers to the phony page and gets an access to the personal victims’ information. This Trojan, called Aifone.A, is also capable of diverting search results for iPhone to the fake site and display pop-ups that guides users to the counterfeit website.
